	How to claim your rebate?

	Three simple steps: 1. Buy a new eligible hp designjet from any HP Designjet Channel Partner in South Africa (you need to own an eligible large format printer to participate in the programme).

Containing the following:

Filled out claim form with your details

•

Copy of detailed invoice from your HP Designjet Channel Partner as confirmation of purchase.

3. The rebate value will be sent to you by cheque.

	•	This offer is expiring on the 31 July 2009.
	•	This programme is open to parties within South Africa only.
	•	Products purchased from sources outside of South Africa are not eligible for the programme.
	•	The programme is open to anyone over the age of 18 years, who is not an employee of any of the Hewlett-Packard companies, their associated agencies and their immediate families.
	•	Rebate claims that are not complete or that contain false statements will not be processed. Furthermore, HP may reject any rebate claims that HP at its sole and entire discretion considers not meeting HP's requirements.
	•	This programme can not be used in conjunction with other sale promoting measures or special agreements with HP that are offered at the same time.
	•	HP retains the right to change or terminate this programme at any time and without prior notice.
	•	A Digital Photograph or Photocopy of the old HP Large Format Printer's Serial Number needs to accompany the Claim Form
